While PAM inspires the spirit, The Eden Foundation builds the body. Guided by the Eden Framework, we provide the structure, discipline, and permanence required to translate visionary ideas into lasting legislative and societal change.
The Mission
The Psychedelic Renaissance has momentum, but momentum requires direction. The Eden Foundation is the operational engine designed to harness the energy of the PAM conference and channel it into practical, nuanced policy work.
We exist to ensure that when public opinion shifts, the legislative frameworks are ready.
Our strategy is defined by the Eden Framework, a foundational guide for ethical integration.
Phase 1
Objective: Utilizing Iceland as a "Microcosm" to collect high-fidelity data through continued clinical trials and data collection, refining therapy protocols using the unified Icelandic health registry.
Phase 2
Objective: Moving the Legislative Landscape through advocacy for medical rescheduling and collaboration with the Ministry of Health to define approved medical uses (The "Compassionate Access Act").
Phase 3
Objective: Building the Human Infrastructure by expanding accredited training programs to prepare Icelandic practitioners for legal therapeutic use, ensuring safety and ethical boundaries.
Phase 4
Objective: Real-world Validation through the establishment of licensed "Centers of Excellence" in Reykjavík to evaluate application and refine best practices.
Phases 5 & 6
Objective: The New Standard of Care through engagement with insurers for reimbursement and expanding access while maintaining high ethical safety standards.
